1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Timetrackr, our time tracking service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

Timetrackr is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to track time, manage projects, analyze productivity, and generate time-based reports. The service is available through web browsers and supported applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of Timetrackr, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Immediately notify us at support@timetrackr.tech if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Timetrackr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use the service to store or transmit any malicious code or harmful data

5. Data and Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the time entries, project data, and other content you create within Timetrackr. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of Timetrackr require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
• Provide and maintain accurate billing information
• Accept automatic renewal of your subscription unless you cancel before the renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@timetrackr.tech. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Free Tier and Usage Limits

Timetrackr may offer a free tier with limited functionality. We reserve the right to set and modify usage limits, including but not limited to the number of users, projects, or time entries available on free accounts. Accounts that exceed usage limits may be required to upgrade to a paid plan.

9. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that Timetrackr will be available at all times. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Timetrackr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timetrackr and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Timetrackr at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may retain your data for a limited period after termination as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Timetrackr after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Timetrackr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
